Survey of 1334 newcomers in the workplace showed that 57.9% of the interviewed newcomers felt that what they learned in school did not match the actual work needs. Many colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to career planning, and there are still many areas that need to be improved.

Many college graduates only have a clearer career plan when they are close to graduation, and once they enter the workplace from campus, they will inevitably experience a period of discomfort. It is necessary for all parties to work together to enable college graduates to realize the transformation from students to social people as soon as possible.
