Tianshui, Gansu Province kicks off Malatang “Carnival Week” and it’s more lively than New Year's Eve. Dozens of malatang merchants from five counties and two districts showed off their respective skills and tastes to tourists.
Data from Tongcheng Travel Platform shows that as of March 14, travel search popularity in Tianhui has increased by 186% in the past week, and continues to rise rapidly. "It tastes not greasy at all, fragrant but not spicy," one diner said.
