The main advantage of the dissociated diet is the permissiveness it offers in terms of the types of foods you can consume. "Unlike other diets, this one does not prohibit eating anything in particular, which makes following it much easier," says nutritionist Stefándy Fernández. "Eating healthy is easier than we think. We don't have to do calculations or playing Tetris every time," says dietitian Sara Jiménez Huertas.
