Several stations of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 22 in Zhejiang Province were built in permanent basic farmland. Since it is impossible to occupy arable land and build supporting roads to reach nearby communities, the relevant stations have been "floating" in the farmland.
The local planning department responded that this move is ahead of time, and hopes to gradually transfer out basic farmland under the premise of compliance. It is hoped that all localities can learn from the "negative teaching materials", have more power awe, administer according to law, and ask questions about the people.
