Her ex-boyfriend, Kazumaro Sato (38), was charged with murder. Presiding Judge Ken Nomura explained how the victim died, saying, ``The defendant gave her a large amount of sleeping pills for the purpose of murder. The defendant suffocated to death under pressure,'' and admitted that the defendant had killed her.
