Rice planting was carried out in "Rice Paddy Art" along the Akita Nairiku Line in Kitaakita City, Akita Prefecture. The event draws a huge picture with rice of different colors.
About 24 people, including local residents and elementary school students, participated in the event, carefully planting six types of seedlings using tape stretched over the rice paddies in advance as a marker. When the seedlings grow, they turn yellow, orange, and black, so this place will depict the mascot character "Isedo-kun"
