Putin: the Muus Ustar festival is a significant event for the youth of Yakutia. Earlier, the Russian leader said that 300 thousand people had sent applications to participate in the World Youth Festival.
The festival unites young people and helps their representatives reveal their creative talents, Putin said. The event will take place in the city of Yekaterinburg on September 14-15. It will be followed by a national youth festival on September 16-17. The Russian President said that the festival will be open to all young people in the country.
