In a welcoming telegram addressed to the participants of the youth festival, the head of state noted that holding this colorful, large-scale forum has become a good tradition in the cultural and social life of Yakutia.
Putin added that this festival is a significant event that unites young people and helps their representatives reveal their creative talents.
“And of course, at the festival they will be able to find new comrades and like-minded people, receive support in the implementation of interesting projects and ideas,” says a telegram published on the Kremlin website.
Earlier, the Russian leader said that 300 thousand people had sent applications to participate in the World Youth Festival.
