Promote ecology, create jobs, and green energy to help rural revitalization. State Grid Xinyuan Hebei Fengning Pumped Storage Power Station is located on the main stream of the Luan River in the northwest of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City.
The first two units of the power station will be put into operation at the end of 2021, and the 12 units are expected to be fully operational in 2024. The power station hub project consists of upper reservoir, lower reservoir, water transmission system, underground factory system and other buildings.
