A 19-year-old has to go to prison for three years because he raped a teenager at Schlachtensee in Berlin. Because of the risk of absconding, the court ordered that the young man remain in custody.
A co-defendant received a suspended sentence of nine months for the sexual assault. As a condition, he must take part in social training and complete 60 hours of leisure work. The two young people convicted must pay a total of 5,000 euros in compensation.
