Suspect named Satoshi Kirishima (70) died on January 29th at a hospital in Kanagawa Prefecture. He was wanted for his involvement in one of the serial corporate bombings that occurred in the 1970s.

Among the series of corporate bombings carried out by the extremist East Asia Anti-Japanese Armed Front, he was accused of being involved in the April 1975 bombing of the Korea Industrial Economic Research Institute building in Ginza, Tokyo. Commissioner of the National Police Agency: "We suspect that the man who died at the hospital was the wanted suspect, and we are proceeding with careful confirmation"
