National Police Agency Commissioner Yasuhiro Tsuyuki spoke at a press conference on February 1 regarding the death of a suspect named Satoshi Kirishima (70), who was wanted for his involvement in one of the serial corporate bombings that occurred in the 1970s. ``We suspect that the person is the person, so we are proceeding with careful confirmation, and we will continue to carry out the necessary investigation.''

Among the series of corporate bombings carried out in the 1970s by the extremist East Asia Anti-Japanese Armed Front, he was accused of being involved in the April 1975 bombing of the Korea Industrial Economic Research Institute building in Ginza, Tokyo. A wanted suspect named Satoshi Kirishima (70) died on January 29th at a hospital in Kanagawa Prefecture.



Yasuhiro Tsuyuki, Commissioner of the National Police Agency, said at a regular press conference on February 1st, ``We suspect that the man who died at the hospital was the wanted suspect, and we are proceeding with careful confirmation. I want to do my best in the investigation."



Regarding the two suspects involved in a series of corporate bombings who are believed to be on the run, he said, ``I want to continue pursuing the investigation without giving up.''
