On the 19th of this month, a child at an elementary school in Tokyo's Suginami Ward tried to drink tea from a water bottle he had brought home after school. He immediately vomited it up, but ended up drinking a small amount.

Afterwards, principals and others investigated the contents of the water bottles and found that they had been replaced with a yellowish liquid that smelled like chlorine. The school consulted the police about this incident on the 26th and provided the liquid, and the police will now investigate the matter in detail, including identifying the liquid.
