In February, three junior high school students were arrested in Osaka's Chuo Ward for allegedly threatening a male university student. Police learned that the 13-year-old boy was in a relationship and that the two were suspected of planning to steal money.
Immediately after the university student was threatened by three people on the 6th floor of a building, he jumped to the roof of an adjoining 4-story building and is believed to have fallen, but of the three, a girl and a 13 year old boy at the time were killed.
