Osaka university student falls to death Is there a plan to threaten that it's a crime to touch a minor?. Last month, three junior high school students were arrested in Osaka for allegedly threatening a male university student and causing him to fall from a building.
Of the three, a girl and a 13-year-old boy at the time appear to have pretended to be 17-year old fictitious women on social media, communicated with the university students, and lured them away. The girl admitted to the charges, while the boy partially denied the charges.
