Osaka's Horai pork buns contain plastic pieces; recovery efforts underway. So far, nine customers have contacted them about contamination, but so far there has been no information on health hazards.

According to Horai, the vinyl pieces were found in some of the "butaman" and "chilled butaman" products manufactured and sold yesterday and today. In response to this, the company disposed of 1.4 tons of red bean paste and, on the evening of the 16th, stopped selling Pork Buns at all of its approximately 60 stores.
