Punxsutawney Phil and Phyllis the marmot have given birth to two babies. Phil usually predicts the weather on Groundhog Day in the U.S.
The gender and names of the two babies were not revealed. The custom has existed since 1887 and became famous through the 1993 film “Groundhog Day’ with Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell. The little ones were discovered by zookeepers on Saturday when they wanted to feed their parents.
