Nakamura Police Station in Nagoya, Japan, launched an app to prevent children from taking obscene selfies. The app uses artificial intelligence to detect when an image is taken and delete it.

It was developed in response to the growing problem of children taking "selfies" and sending them to friends and family. It will be available to all students at Nakamura High School in the city of Nagoya for the next two years. It can be downloaded for free from the school's website and will be used by all students.
