“Breakfast should be quite hearty and satisfying. It is imperative that there are some complex carbohydrates. This doesn’t have to be porridge; it can also be, for example, oatmeal or whole grain toast,” she emphasized. “If you drink coffee, then you should drink it after breakfast, somewhere around at least 30-40 minutes,’ she added.
