New specialty ``Komatsu Pudding'' unveiled before Hokuriku Shinkansen Komatsu Station opens. 31 types of original puddings created by 21 shops including local Western and Japanese confectionery shops.
Among the products that were unveiled were ones made with hojicha from a long-established tea store, and ones with anga pudding flavored inside Daifuku. In addition, a pudding modeled after the color of a Kabuki curtain was also released, in honor of the Kabuki play "Kanjincho"
