Around summer every year, they received cash or gift certificates ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 yen from an organization formed by principals and teachers of municipal elementary and junior high schools, along with a list of teachers to recommend to principals. The total amount received this fiscal year is expected to exceed 2 million yen.
