Troubles with other people's information being linked to My Number are occurring one after another in various places. Kitakyushu City announced on the 3th that there have been a total of three mistakes in registering information for "public money receiving account" and "cashless payment" from last year to this year.
In all three cases, it is caused by the next person's procedure without logging out of the screen of the device to be registered. The city had reported the problem to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Digital Agency.
