In addition to the person's information, there were cases where information for two people with different names and dates of birth was displayed. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has requested health insurance unions to check whether they have entered the information according to the rules and report it by the end of July. The National Federation of Health Insurance Physicians' Associations conducted a survey through health insurance associations nationwide and received responses from more than 27,2800 medical institutions.
