Professor of the Arabic language at the Kuwait International College of Law, Dr. Muhammad Hassan Al-Tayyan, says that the Holy Qur’an is an explanatory miracle, for which God chose the greatest language.
He believes that history has not known a people who excelled in rhetoric as the Arabs did well, nor has it known a nation that valued rhetoric and placed it in the highest position. He added that one of the miracles of the Qur'an is the ability of non-Arabs to memorize it, even with their inability to speak Arabic.
