More than 10,000 daffodils are in full bloom along rivers and farm roads in Okinoshima Town, Shimane Prefecture. An event was held there to raise money for the areas affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
A donation box will be set up at the venue, and the entire amount will be donated to Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, which was also damaged by the quake and is also home to a famous daffidil spot. A woman visiting from Izumo City said, ``Seeing the daffoils made me feel happy. I want to come again.''
