Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism compiles guidelines for car body maintenance businesses due to Big Motor fraud. It is said that 114 out of 130 business establishments nationwide were found to have violated laws and regulations, and administrative penalties were imposed.
The guidelines require that before, during, and after maintenance work, parts that can identify a vehicle, such as license plates, and parts that are to be repaired or replaced are recorded in images, and stored for a certain period of time.
