Mary & George, the best series of the week: the dangerous friendships of Julianne Moore. The Academy has denied her a nomination this year for Secrets of a Scandal, but her karma has compensated her by starring in Almodóvar's new feature film and being the star of Mary & George.
I bet Moore had a blast filming this series. Created by DC Moore, Mary and George is also a delight for viewers. In the hands of Moore & Moore (who, by the way, have no family ties), the story of Countess Mary Villiers is very unsolemn.
