The person who received the summary order was a 45-year-old company executive from Kanazawa City. He runs a company in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward, which ran the manga's "spoiler site" Fukuoka Prefectural Police Headquarters sent documents to the Fukuokas on suspicion of violating the Copyright Act.
The case was subsequently transferred to the Public Prosecutor's Office. The company executive was summarily prosecuted, but a court issued a fine of 2,2 yen.
