Man who bought and sold secret camera equipment to monitor daughter’s learning was sentenced. Selling lighters, routers and other candid photography equipment modified with cameras is still breaking the law.
The court sentenced Zou to six months in prison and fined him for illegally selling special equipment for eavesdropping and photographing. The cameras involved in the case were all specially designed to eavesdrop and photograph. The case was transferred to the Runzhou District Procuratorate for review and prosecution on December 11, 2023.
