After receiving the payment from Mr. Wang, he purchased a modified lighter and a modified router elsewhere and delivered them to Mr. Wang by express delivery.

  In October 2022, the public security agency discovered anomalies in the express package and launched an investigation. On June 18, 2023, Zou was arrested in Shenzhen.

On July 14, 2023, the case was transferred to the Runzhou District Procuratorate for review and prosecution. On December 11, 2023, the court made the above judgment after a trial.
