Man found dead on Lake Biwa shore; two men and women arrested on suspicion of withdrawing cash from bank account. Police believe that someone killed him and then abandoned him, and they are investigating this as a murder case.
Masami Niwa (age 55 at the time), who ran a real estate company in Ama City, Aichi Prefecture. Police also suspect Toru Kato (45), a company employee living in Aichi prefecture, and Ichihashi, a store clerk, of theft for allegedly withdrawing 500,000 yen in cash.
