Four-year-old girl in daycare center in Rhineland-Palatinate died from strangulation. Investigators assume an accident and are checking whether supervisory duties were violated.
The girl was found lifeless outside the facility last Thursday. The children's toys are cans each with a ribbon that can be balanced on. The public prosecutor's office and the police are now examining whether the duty of supervision could have been violated at the day care center in Limburgerhof near Ludwigshafen.
