KFC charges additional packaging fees, and Hema raises the threshold for free shipping. Why?.
For consumers, adding shipping and packaging fees means a price increase, which arouses consumer concern. KFC Home Delivery announced that the official delivery fee will be reduced from 9 yuan to 6 yuan on February 20. Hema will adjust the free shipping threshold in Beijing, Nanjing, and Changsha to a shipping fee of 6 yuan. The previous online free shipping thresholds were 49 yuan and 39 yuan respectively.
