On JR's two lines in Yamaguchi Prefecture, the "Rail Bonds" were severed and removed at approximately 170 locations on the Ube Line and at approximately 50 Locations on the Sanya Main Line. Police are continuing to investigate the incident as a theft. Police have not disclosed whether Kawahara admitted or denied the suspect.
