Woman from Ennis, Ireland, claimed €760,383 in compensation from an insurance company after a car accident. She testified in court in Limerick that she had constant back pain after the accident in February 2017.
Now the court dismissed the lawsuit. A reason? A photo that shows the plaintiff throwing a two-meter-high tree at a charity event in January 2018. "It is a very large, natural Christmas tree that she throws with a very agile movement," said judge Carmel Stewart.
