India: Freight train travels 70 kilometers without a driver. State-run Indian Railways said it had launched an investigation into the incident.

The driverless train was traveling from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to Punjab at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour. Only after 70 kilometers could the ghost train be stopped by placing wooden blocks on the tracks. No injuries were reported in the incident, which was captured on camera and shared on social media. The train had started moving from a train station in Kathua where it stopped for a personnel change.
