A restaurant in Kabukicho, Tokyo, was caught for ripping off customers by luring customers through a dating app and charging them a high price. The owners of the restaurant were rearrested on suspicion of violating the Employment Security Law for soliciting employees for the purpose of engaging in illegal work.

This is the first time in the Metropolitan Police Department that solicitation for illegal work has been caught in violation of the Employment security Act. The management denies the charges and the employees admitted to the charges.
