Head of ``Eiko'' private tutoring school arrested on suspicion of secretly filming a woman Metropolitan Police Department. Yusuke Washio (46), the former head of the Takadanobaba school, was arrested.
He is suspected of attaching a smartphone to the ventilation fan of the women's restroom of the building where the cram school is located. He connected his smartphone to his work computer via video call, and recorded what was happening inside the toilet on his tablet.
