Gina Carano sues Disney and Lucasfilm for firing her from 'The Mandalorian' financed by Elon Musk. The document filed in a federal court in California seeks a court order forcing the production company Lucasfilm (owned by Disney) to rehire her and pay at least $75,000 in punitive damages.

The production company responsible for the 'Star Wars' films fired Carano in 2021 after the actress posted a comment on Instagram in which she compared being a Republican to being Jewish during the Holocaust.
