A 15-year-old died at a soccer tournament in Frankfurt am Main on Pentecost 2023. The attacker has been sentenced to a youth prison sentence of two years suspended.
The judges saw it as proven that the teenager had injured a 15- year-old so badly last May that he died of his brain injuries. The young person has been in custody for ten months, and will now be released after the sentence is suspended. The prosecution said that the defendant is said to have hit the teenager in the cheek or neck.
