Four people in their 20s arrested for selling illegal e-liquid of designated drugs in Shibuya. THCH is a substance similar to cannabis and was regulated as a designated drug in August last year.
The suspects are believed to have continued to sell it until around December. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the route of obtaining raw materials. The approval or disapproval of the four people has not been disclosed. The four people arrested were Takahiro Iwata (23), a company executive from Koto Ward, Tokyo, and Tsuyoshi Oyama (25), a former part-time worker.
