Former Yotsuya Otsuka instructor found guilty of secretly filming female students of his student Tokyo District Court. Takato Mori (25) repeatedly secretly filmed the underwear of 12 of his female students on his smartphone at a school building in Tokyo.
He was charged with violating the Prevention Ordinance and violating the Personal Information Protection Act for posting the names and addresses of six children in a social media group chat. Judge Masakazu Kamakura said, "It was a crime that would be difficult to detect. It also created a risk that the images would be spread"
