Russian weather forecasters told how global warming affected the weather in Russia. Head of the Meteo forecasting center, Alexander Shuvalov, added that the last seven months are the warmest in the entire history of observations.

“The world has never seen such a rate of warming,” said the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia's Roman Vilfand. Earlier, weather forecaster at the Meteonovosti forecasting center Alexander Ilyin predicted a warm weekend in Moscow.
