Forecaster Tsygankov warned of ice in many areas of the Central Federal District. According to the expert, a warm front is passing along the Minsk-Kursk-Volgograd line.
“There is ice in all these areas, including Moscow. Temperature 0...-2 °C. In general, bad weather this afternoon and into the night tomorrow. The same applies to the Pskov region, where sleet, rain and ice are predicted,” the forecaster concluded.
