Forecaster: yesterday brought about two dozen records in southern Russia. A 20-year-old record was broken in Krasnodar.
Temperatures in a number of areas, practically from Yalta to Makhachkala, were very close, and in some places even exceeded 20 degrees. But then a new anticyclone, which comes from the Kara Sea and Yamal regions, will again be pressed by cold weather in the second half of the week. From February 14 to 17, a good drop in temperature will begin in the central regions.
