Hamburg police and fire brigade networks partially paralyzed in afternoon. Emergency calls were sometimes not possible.
How this came about was initially unclear. After a short time, the Hamburg fire department gave the all-clear on the platform: “The emergency numbers 110 and 112 can be reached again.” The police previously mentioned on the account that they should use the Nora app in emergencies if necessary. The app allows emergency calls to be made without speaking, but there had previously been problems due to intentionally false alarm messages.
