Time is running out in Gaza, where the vast majority of the 2.4 million inhabitants are threatened by famine, according to the UN. Antony Blinken, the head of American diplomacy, began a series of meetings in Saudi Arabia, Egypt then Israel for a fourth visit to the region in search of a truce.
