Demonstration experiment begins on the 17th to introduce "ride sharing" in Miura, Kanagawa. In the experiment, around 5 cars will be operated each day between 7pm and 1am, and users will use a taxi app to dispatch and pay for a ride.

The city is recruiting drivers from people who live or work in the city, and has currently hired 13 people, and will hire local taxi companies to handle training and operation management. "Ride sharing" services will begin in some areas from April 8th under a new system created by the country.
