Chiba prefecture official arrested for receiving approximately 1 million yen for road construction ordered by prefecture. The suspect arrested was Yosuke Matsue (48) of the Chiba Prefecture Road Maintenance Division.
In January, the former director of the Prefectural Kita-Chiba Road Construction Office in Narita City was arrested and charged with bribery for accepting cash from former President Takeuchi.
