Chiba Prefecture/Municipal Board of Education will shoulder the full amount of scholarship repayments for university students hired as teachers. Target students are university and junior college students who will be employed as teachers at elementary and junior high schools within the prefecture between the new academic year and 2029.

After being hired, the condition is to work for 11 years. This is the first system in the country to cover the entire repayment of teachers' scholarships. It will start in the new year.
